We make sure your property is properly maintained and/or improved with scheduled monthly inspections, as well as random visits from upper management to make sure all properties meet all DOB and HPD codes/enforcements

We represent the property owner in the landlord-tenant relationship. Any tenant maintenance requests or tenant related inquiry's can be found in our owners portal


Rent Collection

We will also track, record and collect the income and expenses for your property. Any and all money received will be deposited directly into an account that the owner of the property designates. All payments from any and all tenants will be only ACH transfers or credit card payments. All transactions and history can be viewed in our tenant and owners portals
