Our History
GARY RESNICK, CEO
Gary Resnick, a native of Queens, New York, started his career in the investment banking division at Lehman Brothers after graduating from SUNY at Stonybrook. He later transitioned to the real estate industry and gained comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of real estate while working at Raskin, Matzah and Cohen.
At the young age of 27, Mr. Resnick became the youngest person to receive his Brokers License in the state of New York. In 1989, he founded G. Resnick Realty, a company that specializes in real estate management. Within a few years, the company was managing hundreds of units in the tri-state area.
Today, G. Resnick Realty manages a diverse portfolio of properties, including multi-family apartment buildings, office buildings, Retail space, Mixed-Use properties, single-family homes, condominiums, and cooperatives. Gary Resnick's success in the real estate industry is a testament to his hard work, dedication, and expertise in the property management field.
